MU and Hush made me feel like a Person and not a Number. Due to circumstances beyond either of our control, my Jaguar XJ was at their location for a while. However, from the beginning until I drove my “Baby” off, MU and Hash provided Platinum/First Class/5 Star Customer Service. For example, whenever I called to speak with them, and I called many times, they ALWAYS answered my call. If they were not available when I called, they ALWAYS called back. MU’s Insurance knowledge is Impressive. You can rest assured, there’s no guessing when it comes to GEM Auto Body. Their goal is for you to drive off with your vehicle 200% SATISFIED!!! Service requested: paint job on bumper after being dinged in a parking lot Beyond amazed at the work done on my bumper at Gem. When I saw the finished product I actually asked if they had replaced the bumper entirely because the work was so good. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work! It was also such a nice surprise to find that they had gone above and beyond to clean up my car as well

From start to finish Moe and his staff did a GREAT JOB meeting every aspects of repair work. I had some minor scratches on the lift gate, damaged MB emblem & rear wiper. After comparing several estimates and reading many customer reviews, I decided to go with GEM Auto Body for my repair work and they did NOT disappoint - great price, good communications throughout, on time repair & quality work. Both owners Mustafa and Hash were great to work with, offered competitive pricing, and had my car looking brand new at the end. In early July of 2025 I took my car to GEM Autobody and Paint for an estimate on damage to my car’s rear end and front right bumper. I was promptly given a typed out copy with a reasonable estimate. I then got two more estimates from other body shops, but GEM Autobody was the best. I dropped my car off, and they called an Uber to take me home. My car was done in a week. Not only did they bring the car back to me at home, but they had washed it and cleaned out the whole inside of the car, too. The cost to fix everything was exactly what had been quoted on the estimate. This is a company that goes above and beyond what is normally expected.
